From the minutes: On July 23, 2026 the Los Angeles City Planning Commission approved both items on its consent calendar 5-0, with four commissioners absent: a six-story, 70-unit building with nine very low-income units at 2800-2814 W. Jefferson Blvd. in West Adams, and a four-story, 93-unit building with 19 affordable units at 8465-8479 N. Glenoaks Blvd. in Sun Valley (minutes; determination letter). No one spoke during public comment (minutes).

Approved 5-0: Rosenstein moved, Klein seconded; Chavez, Lawshe, Saitman and Zamora absent (minutes). Determination letter: CPC-2024-3112-DB-VHCA.

Glenoaks Blvd.: 93 units in 106,272 sq. ft., 48 feet 6 inches tall, with 12 low-income and seven very low-income units, approved with a 70 percent density bonus and a CEQA statutory exemption under Assembly Bill 130. Approved 5-0 with the same mover, seconder and absences (determination letter; minutes).
