East Los Angeles Area Planning Commission
The East Los Angeles Area Planning Commission is one of seven Area Planning Commissions in Los Angeles. Each hears cases from its region, including certain smaller-scale projects and appeals. Its Sept. 23, 2026 agenda lists five commissioners and cases in the Northeast Los Angeles plan area in Council Districts 1 and 14.

The Commission's Sept. 23 agenda included three single-family home appeals in Council District 1, among them 808-812 N. Oneonta Dr., and a case at 4849-4853 N. Mount Royal Dr. that staff recommended continuing. It canceled its meetings of July 22, Aug. 12, Aug. 26 and Sept. 9 (agenda index). Before that it met July 8 (agenda), when it acted on an appeal at 1236 N. Cliff Dr., according to its letter of determination mailed Aug. 13.
