The Arts District Little Tokyo Neighborhood Council voted on September 15 to support the group OUR PARC's petition, according to its September 16 letter, which the council's letters page lists as "Support for 41.18 & OUR PARC." The letter gives no vote tally. The September 15 agenda listed a letter to Councilmember Ysabel Jurado, the Mayor's Office and Recreation and Parks supporting a Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.18 designation for the perimeter of the Sixth Street Viaduct park (PARC). On July 21 the board approved a letter to Council District 14 on the park's agreement with Recreation and Parks by acclamation, re-elected Adam Turner president and approved its 2026-27 budget, according to its minutes.
