Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council
The Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council covers Eagle Rock, split into four board sub-districts (Department of Neighborhood Empowerment roster), in the Northeast Los Angeles community plan area. Anyone who lives, works or owns property in the area, or declares a stake in it as a community interest stakeholder, is a stakeholder (Plan for a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils).

The agenda listed four Neighborhood Purpose Grant applications totaling up to $15,500 (our sum), including up to $5,000 each for Rockdale Elementary's Garden School program and Eagle Endeavours, and Bellagio Car Wash's application to renew its conditional use permit at 2711 W. Colorado Blvd. The board's Sept. 1 agenda included Neighborhood Purpose Grants of up to $5,000 for Reach Our Community Kids and up to $2,000 for Avenue 50 Studio's food distribution, and a revised 2026-27 budget. Its July 14 agenda included a Community Impact Statement on the Arroyo Seco water reuse project (CF 26-0777) and $965 for air purifiers handed out at three senior centers during the Lineage Fire emergency.
