From the minutes: The Harbor City Neighborhood Council's board on July 15, 2026 appointed four standing committee chairs, each 5-0: Isabel Luna (Outreach), Alejandro Rojas (Digital Communications and Youth) and Peter Bernal (Homelessness), according to the minutes. It tabled the chair selections for the Budget and Finance, Planning and Land Use, and Mental Health and Recovery committees, approved the June 17 and July 1 minutes, and tabled the June 2026 expenditure report. The minutes record no vote on the 2026-27 administrative packet. The agenda had 19 items.
