Hermon Neighborhood Council
The Hermon Neighborhood Council covers Hermon, in the Northeast Los Angeles community plan area, split into three districts: Hermon East, Hermon North and Hermon West (About Hermon). Anyone who lives, works or owns property in the area, or declares a stake in it as a community interest stakeholder, is a stakeholder (Plan for a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils).

When and where the Hermon Neighborhood Council meets
