Mid City Neighborhood Council

Published October 1, 2026 · Updated October 10, 2026

The Mid City Neighborhood Council covers the Mid City area in Council District 10 (MINC), almost all of it inside City Planning's West Adams-Baldwin Hills-Leimert community plan area. Anyone who lives, works or owns property in the area, or declares a stake in it as a community interest stakeholder, is a stakeholder (Plan for a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils).
