United Neighborhoods of the Historic Arlington Heights, West Adams, and Jefferson Park Communities Neighborhood Council
The United Neighborhoods of the Historic Arlington Heights, West Adams, and Jefferson Park Communities Neighborhood Council (UNNC) covers six regions: Arlington Heights and Angelus Vista, Harvard Heights and West Adams Heights, the West Adams Avenues, Western Heights with Kinney Heights and Gramercy Park, and Jefferson Park west and east of Arlington Avenue (UNNC). Anyone who lives, works or owns property in the area, or declares a stake in it as a community interest stakeholder, is a stakeholder (Plan for a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils).

The board's Oct. 1 agenda included a letter, due to the Zoning Administrator by Oct. 5, on possible revocation of the oil drilling use at the Murphy drill site, 2126 W. Adams Blvd. (case ZA-2026-3203-RV). The same agenda listed a Community Impact Statement supporting a first/last mile capital plan for rail stations and a request to comment on the Missing Middle draft ordinances by Oct. 16. In September the agenda listed extending appointed board members' terms to June 30, 2027.
