5. Six small lot homes at 12243 W. Riverside Drive (APCSV-2023-647-ZC-SPP-SPPA-HCA)
- What it does: A zone change from [Q]RD1.5-1 to (T)RD1.5-1 that removes the [Q] conditions. The agenda says those conditions came from an interim control ordinance (Ordinance No. 164207) that reflected draft Valley Village Specific Plan rules, and that they no longer apply because the specific plan now covers the site.
