Los Angeles Neighborhood Council Coalition
LANCC is a citywide coalition open to all 99 neighborhood councils, each of which may send a delegate; it describes itself as a way for NCs to take up issues that affect more than one neighborhood. It votes on positions at monthly meetings, such as its Charter reform recommendations approved in January 2026, and asks NCs to file matching Community Impact Statements.

The Los Angeles Neighborhood Council Coalition had not posted a recording of its Oct. 3 meeting on its meetings page as of Oct. 4. The Oct. 3 agenda listed a possible request to the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners to let neighborhood council boards archive minutes and agendas from "pre 4/27" and exempt them from ADA compliance requirements. It also listed Council files on a community borough system (CF 26-1382), CERT training for board members (CF 26-0906-S4) and youth seats on boards (CF 24-0867). Its Sept. 5 agenda had a presentation by United Firefighters of Los Angeles City on Measure FD, the Fire Department sales tax on the Nov. 3 ballot. LANCC posts Zoom recordings instead of minutes (meetings page).
