Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council
The Historic Highland Park Neighborhood Council covers Highland Park, from York Boulevard and Occidental College south to Avenue 43 and east to the Pasadena and South Pasadena city lines, in the Northeast Los Angeles community plan area (HHPNC boundaries). Anyone who lives, works or owns property in the area, or declares a stake in it as a community interest stakeholder, is a stakeholder (Plan for a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils).
