North Hills West Neighborhood Council

The North Hills West Neighborhood Council covers the western part of North Hills in the San Fernando Valley, in Council District 12, bounded by Lassen Street on the north, Roscoe Boulevard on the south, the San Diego Freeway (I-405) on the east and Bull Creek Wash on the west. Under the City's Plan for a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils, anyone who lives, works or owns property in the area is a stakeholder, as is anyone who declares a community interest there through a school, nonprofit, religious or other community group.
