Pacoima Neighborhood Council
The Pacoima Neighborhood Council covers Pacoima, in the northeast San Fernando Valley, in Council District 7. Under the City's Plan for a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils, anyone who lives, works or owns property in the area is a stakeholder, as is anyone who declares a community interest there through a school, nonprofit, religious or other community group.

The board's July 15 agenda listed a letter of support for the Pacoima Wash Greenway design project's Safe Clean Water L.A. application, a position on case CPC-2025-6727-CU3 to expand a congregate living health facility at 11472 North Glenoaks Boulevard, and three $1,200 grants to local groups. Its September 16 agenda listed four more funding requests, including $1,200 for LAPD cadet uniforms.
