Outcomes come from the Community Engagement Committee’s draft minutes, linked from the Sept. 2 special general assembly agenda. Four of the five committee members attended. They say the council’s funds were frozen and “it’s not clear we’ll be able to do this but we should move ahead” (draft minutes).

The board had approved the four events and the flyers two days earlier, on Aug. 18, with $600 for Coffee with a Cop (Aug. 18 agenda; Aug. 18 draft minutes).
