Palms Neighborhood Council

Published October 1, 2026 · Updated October 2, 2026

The Palms Neighborhood Council covers Palms, bounded by National Boulevard and the 10 Freeway on the north, the Culver City line on the south and the 405 Freeway on the west (Palms NC). Anyone who lives, works or owns property in the area, or declares a stake in it as a community interest stakeholder, is a stakeholder (Plan for a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils).

Latest as of October 12, 2026

The Palms Neighborhood Council's board and Community Engagement Committee meet jointly on Zoom on Oct. 15. The agenda asks them to authorize a Community Impact Statement on CF 15-0989-S75, a Council motion asking LA28 for a spending commitment to businesses in the City. On Sept. 6 and 7 the City Clerk logged Community Impact Statements from Palms on council files including data center zoning rules, faster rollout of transit-oriented zones and the LAPD drone first-responder program. The Sept. 2 agenda also listed statements on City Plants funding and tree spacing rules, and a letter to the Chief Zoning Administrator supporting revocation of the Murphy drill site permit in West Adams.
