Latest as of October 12, 2026

The South Robertson Neighborhood Council's board meets Oct. 15 at the Claude Pepper Senior Citizens Center. Its agenda asks the board to approve up to $1,000 for an Oct. 28 town hall on El Nino emergency preparedness and to ask the Board of Neighborhood Commissioners to let neighborhood councils archive documents created before the April 26, 2026 ADA deadline, and it lists a United Firefighters of Los Angeles City presentation on Measure FD. On Sept. 28 the council filed Community Impact Statements on a motion about vehicle dwelling near sensitive-use sites under LAMC 41.18 (CF 14-1057-S10), which its Aug. 20 agenda proposed to support, and on a CERT training motion, which it backed if amended so the classes are not mandatory (CF 26-0906-S4). The board's Sept. 17 regular agenda listed a motion to reconsider its Aug. 20 vote on supporting a cannabis store application at 2622 S. Robertson Blvd. and, as unfinished business, a letter recommending approval of a seven-story apartment building at 1416 S. Beverly Dr., conditioned on a review of water, sewer and electrical capacity (agenda).
