From the minutes: The Studio City Neighborhood Council's board passed up to $1,500 to co-sponsor the Oct. 3 Tujunga Village Art Walk, paid to Vitello's Restaurant, LLC (8-0, two recused), at a special meeting on Zoom on Sept. 17, 2026, according to the draft minutes. The draft minutes also record three other motions passing 8-0: two Zoom licenses for up to $540, up to $175 for board nameplates and continued use of Radford Studio Center as its meeting and office site. Ten of the 15 voting board members attended (draft minutes).
