West Adams Neighborhood Council
The West Adams Neighborhood Council covers the area south of the 10 Freeway, west of Crenshaw Boulevard and east of La Cienega Boulevard and Ballona Creek, north of Obama Boulevard and Coliseum Street (WANC), inside City Planning's West Adams-Baldwin Hills-Leimert community plan area. Anyone who lives, works or owns property in the area, or declares a stake in it as a community interest stakeholder, is a stakeholder (Plan for a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils).

The West Adams Neighborhood Council's agenda for a special Zoom board meeting on Oct. 5, 2026 listed an amended 2026-27 budget adding a $23,118.65 rollover, up to $800 for outreach at the Taste of Soul 2026 Family Festival on Oct. 17, and the June, July and August 2026 expenditure reports. The same items were on the board's Sept. 21 agenda, along with a presentation from United Firefighters of Los Angeles City on LAFD staffing.
