From the minutes: The West Adams Neighborhood Council's board, at its Saturday board and stakeholder meeting and retreat on Aug. 29, 2026, approved a $194.88 reimbursement to board member Angela Gilbert for tabling at CD 10's Splash Day and the July 2026 expenditure report, each 8-0 with one member ineligible, according to draft minutes that were marked not yet approved as of Oct. 1, 2026. The draft minutes record no vote on the June expenditure report and no vote during the retreat on the 2026-27 calendar and budget. The agenda had four items and no letters or Community Impact Statements.
