Winnetka Neighborhood Council

Published October 1, 2026 · Updated October 2, 2026

The Winnetka Neighborhood Council covers Winnetka, in the southwest San Fernando Valley, an area bounded by Nordhoff Street on the north, Victory Boulevard and the Los Angeles River wash on the south, Corbin Avenue on the east and De Soto Avenue on the west, in Council District 3. Under the City's Plan for a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils, anyone who lives, works or owns property in the area is a stakeholder, as is anyone who declares a community interest there through a school, nonprofit, religious or other community group.
