North Hills East Neighborhood Council

The North Hills East Neighborhood Council covers the eastern part of North Hills, in the San Fernando Valley, in Council Districts 6 and 7: the 405 Freeway on the west, Lassen Street on the north, the Pacoima Wash on the east and Roscoe Boulevard on the south, plus an area south of Roscoe between the 405 and Sepulveda Boulevard down to the Metrolink tracks. Under the City's Plan for a Citywide System of Neighborhood Councils, anyone who lives, works or owns property in the area is a stakeholder, as is anyone who declares a community interest there through a school, nonprofit, religious or other community group.
